What does a month actually cost?
ChatDesq is cheaper at all three volumes we tested. We used AiSensy Basic billed yearly (its lowest paid fee), 1 marketing message for every 2 utility messages, and service replies inside the free 1,000.

How do I switch from AiSensy to ChatDesq?
You move your WhatsApp number, then recreate templates and contacts. In outline:
- Export your contacts (with opt-in status) from AiSensy as CSV.
- Note your approved message templates; you will submit them again from ChatDesq.
- Disconnect the number from AiSensy, then connect it to ChatDesq.
- Import contacts, resubmit templates, and rebuild automations.
- Recharge your ChatDesq wallet and send a test campaign to your own number.
