Prices are per delivered message, by your customer's country, excluding GST. Based on Meta's current rate card (service messages are charged since 1 October 2026, after the free monthly allowance); Meta revises rates periodically.

Pricing questions

Is the platform really ₹0?+

Yes. No subscription, setup, seat or add-on fees, and no enterprise upgrade to unlock features. You pay only for the WhatsApp messages you send and any call minutes you use.

What does a message cost?+

Each delivered message is charged at Meta’s official rate for its category plus a small per-message service fee, deducted from your prepaid wallet. Prices depend on your customer’s country — pick it in the table above. Since 1 October 2026 Meta also charges service replies inside the 24-hour window, after the first 1,000 free per number each month.

How does the wallet work?+

Recharge any amount and messages draw from it as they are delivered. Every charge appears on an itemised ledger, and GST invoices are issued for each recharge.

Is there a limit on team members?+

No. Invite your whole team at ₹0 per seat. Meta’s messaging policies and per-number sending limits still apply.

Do I need a separate AI or chatbot plan?+

No. The AI agent, inline Copilot and the no-code flow builder are all included, with no AI message caps.

Can agents see customers’ phone numbers?+

Agents see masked numbers and only the chats they are scoped or assigned to. The workspace owner keeps full visibility.

What happens when Meta changes its rates?+

Meta revises its rate card periodically. Your per-message price follows Meta’s published rate, and we update this page when it changes.
