ChatDesq launched in 2026. It is built and run by Apporio Infolabs Pvt Ltd, a software company headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. ChatDesq was formerly called Kontaktly (kontaktly.com).
Teams use ChatDesq to answer every customer chat from one inbox, send WhatsApp campaigns, automate replies, and let an AI agent handle common questions. It runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
How we charge
