Do I have to sign up for a quarterly or yearly plan?
No. ChatDesq has no plans at all. You top up a prepaid wallet (from ₹500) and pay per message sent. There’s nothing to renew or cancel.
Can I get my unused balance back?
Yes. If you close your account, email hello@chatdesq.com and we’ll initiate the refund of your unused paid balance within 7 working days. Balance already spent on messages isn’t refundable. Terms
